This bed has been with us for 14 years now. Our daughter wanted a metal bed at the time, but to be honest, we think it is a really beautiful bed ourselves.
Our daughter has since moved in with her boyfriend, who found the bed a bit too girly, so she left it with us. Perhaps one day she can pass it on to her own daughter.
In the meantime, we use it as our guest bed, because even after all these years it is still as good as new. Our guests always tell us it feels like being on holiday when they sleep in this beautiful bed. It always gets people talking, because you do not come across many of these lovely metal beds any more. And that is a shame, isn't it?
