Which pillow suits you depends mainly on how you sleep. Back sleepers usually need a lower pillow than side sleepers, and some people prefer a pillow that follows the shape of their neck. Our three Moshy pillows differ in exactly those respects: height, firmness and filling.

Which pillow suits your sleeping position?
If you sleep on your back, or alternate between back and side, a pillow of medium height is usually the most comfortable. Pamplona feels soft and down-like and suits both back and side sleepers. If you mainly lie on your side and need the gap between shoulder and mattress well filled, take a look at Hercule. This pillow is extra thick and gives firm, stable support.
Fibre filling or a memory foam core
Two of our pillows are filled with hollow fibres. They are springy, breathe well and keep their shape for a long time, even with nightly use. Tonic works differently. Its memory foam core, made with plant-based oil, moulds to your head and neck and relieves pressure. Perforations keep it well ventilated all the same.
The right size
Pamplona and Hercule come in three standard sizes, from 60 × 40 to 70 × 50 cm, and in four large sizes, such as 60 × 60 and 40 × 80 cm. The memory foam pillow comes in 60 × 40 cm and as a 70 × 40 cm bolster. Choose the size that matches your pillowcase, and complete the set with a matching duvet.

Which pillow is best for reading in bed?
Hercule. Because this pillow is extra thick and gives high, firm support, you can lean against it comfortably. The filling consists of several layers of hollow fibres and stays full and resilient, even with daily use.
Does a memory foam pillow feel warm?
Tonic has been designed with that in mind. The core is perforated and has an open-cell structure, so air can flow through the pillow. The cotton cover breathes too. If you tend to sleep hot, Pamplona is a good alternative, because hollow fibres ventilate well.
How do you keep a pillow fresh?
Choose a pillow with a removable cover. That is possible with all three: Pamplona has a double Sanfor cotton cover with a zip, Hercule a soft microfibre cover with a zip and Tonic a removable Sanfor cotton cover. You can read more tips in our article on choosing the right pillow.
