Significant discounts are applied to bargain or showroom models. This means that these models may show signs of use or minor damage, which must be accepted at the time of purchase.

As the customer, you are solely responsible for the correct use of the products supplied by FerroBellissimo. FerroBellissimo is not liable and therefore cannot be held in default or obliged to pay any compensation, regardless of the basis. We therefore request that you use the goods responsibly.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions when legally necessary. The current terms and conditions have been in effect since April 15, 2021.

All legal relations between you and FerroBellissimo shall be governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the peace court in Mol or, if applicable, to the court of Turnhout, unless another court is prescribed by law.
