Delivery time

  • Information per product: The delivery time is listed per product under the corresponding items
  • Deviations: A deviation of ±2 weeks from the indicated delivery time may occur.
  • Cancellation in case of delay: if the delivery period is exceeded by more than 4 weeks, the consumer may cancel the order free of charge.
  • Multiple Goods: When ordering multiple products, we deliver everything in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • Damages: Under no circumstances can a customer claim damages for orders that are not delivered within the predicted delivery time....

Delivery Information

  • Professional delivery: Our deliveries are carried out by specialized transport companies with extensive experience in furniture transportation.
  • Accessibility to your property: Make sure your property is accessible to a truck or that an unloading zone is provided within 50 meters.
  • Additional delivery charges: If it is not possible to unload directly at your home, additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Appointment for delivery: Deliveries will take place only by prior arrangement. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time during weekdays and regular business hours.
  • No unexpected deliveries: The shipping company will not show up at your door without an appointment.
  • Damaged or incomplete orders: If your order is damaged or incomplete, please indicate this immediately on the delivery receipt. This information is necessary for shipping insurance. If you do not note any comments on the receipt, the delivery will be considered accepted.

Delivery costs and options

  • Delivery Cost by Country:
    The cost of delivery varies depending on the country we have to deliver to. Deliveries are never completely free due to the high volume of our shipments.
  • Specialized Transport:
    We do not use parcel services, but cooperate with specialized transport companies experienced in furniture transport.
  • Cost Based on Order Size:
    Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order.
  • Assembly options: For Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Germany, you can optionally have your bed assembled in your bedroom. Restrictions: For Switzerland and France, only ground floor delivery is possible.
  • Transparent Price Display:
    All prices for deliveries and delivery options are clearly displayed during checkout in your shopping cart.

Returns & Exchanges

Right to return

  • Sight Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: Goods must be in original, complete and undamaged condition, including original packaging.
  • No Return Right: After the expiration of the trial period, the purchase agreement is final. Returns are not possible if the products or packaging are no longer in original condition.

Returns under Conditions

A. Damaged or Incorrect Items.
  • Check on Receipt: Check the item immediately upon receipt for damage, completeness and whether the correct product was delivered.
  • Reporting Problems: Note any damages or errors on the delivery receipt and report them within 48 hours using the contact form on our website.
  • Free Returns: In case of damaged or wrong items, you can return them free of charge. Our customer service team will guide you through the collection and handling process.
  • Refund: A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods via bank transfer.
B. Cancellation of the Purchase
  • Return address: Return the article in its original packaging to:

  • Collection of Goods: You can choose to have the item picked up (excluding Switzerland). Please contact us via the contact form to make an appointment. The collection fee is €80 per 0.5 m³ volume and is at the customer's expense.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt at our warehouse, the item will be inspected. If it is in original condition, you will receive a credit note and a refund via bank transfer within 30 days.
  • Non-Returned Shipping Costs: Shipping costs of €80 per 0.5 m³ are non-refundable.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

A. Sleeping Mattresses
  • No Returns: Fitted mattresses cannot be returned.
  • Warranty: Mattresses are covered by warranty. In case of defects, you can exchange the mattress.
B. Handmade Metal Beds and Furniture
  • Custom Production: All of our metal beds and furniture are handmade to order.
  • Return policy on custom and personalized products: Our beds are made to order and personalized according to customer preferences (e.g. size, finish, color). In accordance with Article 16 of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these customized products.
  • Deposit: For orders over €2,500, a 30% deposit is required to start production. This deposit covers production costs and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Standard Items: If an item is not personalized and falls under standard conditions, a return can be processed within 14 days, provided the product is undamaged. In this case, you are only responsible for shipping costs.
  • Warranty: warranty remains applicable. Damaged or faulty parts will be replaced at no charge.
