Bed Frame Types of This Bed
This bed offers several bed frame options to meet all your needs. Each type is carefully designed with attention to both functionality and durability. Below is detailed information about the different bed frames.
Standard Bed Frame
The standard bed frame is a perfect balance of sturdiness and elegance. This construction features two sturdy support beams that run horizontally from left to right. For added stability, each support beam has a small support leg in the middle.

These joists provide a solid base for various bases, such as slatted, spiral or box spring bases.

Adjustable Sleep Height
A special feature of this bed is that the sleeping height is adjustable in two different positions by means of the L-shaped profiles. The standard bed frame has a height of 15 cm, resulting in a sleep height of 25 cm.
If you choose the raised bed frame of 20 cm, the sleeping height actually becomes 5 cm lower, namely 20 cm. This is because in both bed frames, the top is at the same height, but the bottom of the sleeping surface differs. This construction gives you the flexibility to adjust the sleeping height to your personal preference.
Bed Frame for Electric Slatted Boards
Especially for lovers of adjustable sleeping comfort, we have developed a custom bed frame. Unlike the standard model, this bed frame has no horizontal support beams, but one central support beam that runs vertically from the headboard to the footboard.

Two L-profiles are attached to both sides for additional support. This clever construction ensures that there are no conflicts with the motors and mechanical parts of your electrically adjustable slatted base, allowing you to enjoy all the adjustment possibilities to the fullest.
Bed Frame for Heavy Loads
For situations that require extra load-bearing capacity, we offer a special reinforced bed frame. This sturdy construction features as many as five horizontal support beams instead of the usual two, and has a fully weighted bed structure.

This type of bed frame is perfect for installing waterbeds or for installing particularly heavy mattresses and bases. The reinforced construction ensures years of stability and safety even under the most demanding conditions.
Calculate Your Total Sleep Height
The overall sleeping height of your bed is determined by three components:
- The sleeping height of the bed frame (standard 25 cm or optional 20 cm)
- The thickness of the slatted base
- The thickness of the mattress
Example calculation
For example, if you combine this bed with a slatted base with a thickness of 13 cm and a mattress with a thickness of 23 cm, you arrive at a total height of:
With the standard bed frame (sleep height 25 cm):
25 cm (sleep height) + 13 cm (slatted base) + 23 cm (mattress) = 61 cm
With the raised bed frame (sleep height 20 cm):
20 cm (sleep height) + 13 cm (slatted base) + 23 cm (mattress) = 56 cm
This calculation helps you get a good idea of the final height of your bed in advance, so you can determine if it fits your personal preference and physical needs.
